Position Overview: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dairy feed manufacturing and nutrition business. You will lead a dynamic team, drive operational excellence, develop and implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the overall success and profitability of the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform business strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives effectively.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and distribution.

• Financial Management:

• Sales and Marketing:

• Team Leadership and Development:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the agriculture, feed, manufacturing industry, with a focus on dairy feed and nutrition.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
